Sarah Rowe
Senior Care Advisor
"Families appreciate working my approach as I have an inside understanding of the processes and operations within a community, as well as years of experience working with the senior population and their families, and will make sure that they are provided with the best options to meet their unique needs."
As a former administrator and sales director of an assisted living community, and as a director of social work at a skilled nursing facility, Sarah has worked in the senior care industry for more than 15 years. While working in skilled nursing, Sarah had a primary focus in memory care and rehabilitation. Most recently, Sarah spent six years at an assisted living community, starting in sales and then as the administrator of the community before joining CarePatrol. Her wealth of knowledge in both the assisted living and skilled nursing areas, including a high-level knowledge of the New York State regulations, coupled with her background in social work, provides our CarePatrol families with the advantage of having someone who has worked in both assisted living and skilled nursing. This allows her to support families by helping them to understand the differences between the care capabilities of different communities in order to locate the best care option for a senior. Sarah holds a B.S. from SUNY Fredonia and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Counseling from St. Bonaventure University. She is passionate about making sure families are guided with honesty and integrity through the long-term care system.
