Anna McMaster did a wonderful job of helping me find the right memory care facility for my wife. Her knowledge of the memory care facilities available in South Austin is extensive, which helped me narrow my search to the memory care facilities with the capabilities I needed. Anna’s guidance gave me the confidence I needed to make the choice. My wife moved in three days ago. She is doing incredibly well and adapting better than I ever thought possible. I visited her for the first time today. She is happy.

What I liked most is that Beth is committed to finding the best options financially, socially and locationally for the person moving. I felt like I received very honest feedback from her about the individual communities, she was able to get a good read on my parent who was moving and observed how she interacted with each community, something that being so close to the situation I missed. She was very professional, compassionate, thoughtful and I felt very comfortable working with her. This is the second time we’ve utilized Beth and Care Patrol and I didn’t hesitate reaching out once we knew our parent needed a safe, comfortable place to move to.
