My point person at Cate Patrol was Nicki. She was knowledgeable, flexible and well integrated with the care system. She was able to answer any question I had in plan English, make recommendations based on my fathers needs and schedule a visit with the assisted living facility. She also helped arrange a meeting with an organization to help us navigate the process of applying for aide and attendance through the VA.
