The representative who worked with me was especially helpful in providing options in a variety of areas in the city, a variety of types of communities ( group homes, assisted living , etc) at a variety of price points per month. Pictures were provided of specific places & rooms available, with lists of types of care provided & amenities included in the monthly price. We shared many text messages & my questions were answered quickly & thoroughly.

Krista was very responsive. She was so helpful in finding an appropriate assisted living facility for my brother. She had excellent coordination of care with the hospital, assisted living facility and myself. She also had great follow up.

We received good information that really helped with discussions needed to move forward with finding a place for our mother/mother-in-law. And I can not say enough regarding the emotional support provided during this difficult time.
