My sister and I had very personal service. Michelle asked us questions that assisted us with visiting facilities that would work with our budget and were appropriate places for our brother. She was wonderful and so knowledgeable about services available in the area.

The help that Michelle from Care Patrol provided has been amazing. Trying to get my dad taken care of from across the country was daunting. Michelle not only found a great assisted living facility but has done a lot of legwork in making sure that paperwork and such was where it needed to be. She has made a very difficult situation so much easier than it might have been.

I felt Michelle was on my side, she had my back, I felt that if necessary she would help me find a good place for my husband, if the place we wanted couldn’t take him. Her presence and involvement made me feel less alone in this quest to find a caring, friendly place.
