CarePatrol of North Tampa Bay

I was referred to CarePatrol by Renee Mills LSW at UT Health and Claudette Rochelle at Encompass in Sugar Land. Unfortunately, we were in a huge rush – which isn’t that unusual – to find a suitable assisted living for my husband.

I spoke first to Kathryn Scott – who referred me to Quinn. Quinn was so helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate.

Both of us were so impressed and relieved. (Matt, our older son, was with me throughout the process).

Laura Moreno of Care Patrol provided amazing and timely help in a moment of crisis. Our family had to make an impactful decision on a short deadline and did not know where to start. Laura provided orientation and guidance and connected dots for us enabling all of the moving pieces to come together quickly. We are very grateful for her help, and could not have achieved such a positive result without her. 

Deb Scholl is amazing! She was very professional at connecting us with the services that were most beneficial to us, while also being very patient and compassionate when interacting with my 76 year old mother. Anything we needed help with, CarePatrol had the contacts and resources to solve our issues.
