With the guidance of our CarePatrol representative, Billie Baker-Norris we were able to find a good place for my mom. Billie is our angel. She made things so much easier, helped get over the fear and guided us every step of the way. Everything was less overwhelming with Billie’s help. Thank you CarePatrol but more so, Billie!

CP was there for me on the worst days of my life. Several times, I almost broke under the weight of providing care for my mother. I was just trying to survive and do right by my mother. CP’s sincerity, creativity, resourcefulness, and knowledge of health care processes took me from surviving to thriving. When CP taught me that I was not alone, the weight became easier to carry. I don’t know what my mother and I would have done without CP. Now, my mom is getting the care she needs. And, I’m OK.

The amount of knowledge and help provided was fantastic.
