We could have made a decision on our own but were reassured with our final choice knowing Ruthie had familiarity with the facility and would only recommend someplace where she would feel comfortable placing her own family member. She quickly coordinated days and times for us to visit the locations in which we were interested. She was very knowledgeable on what the facilities have to offer. Dawn was available to tour some of the facilities with us which I feel is above and beyond. She quickly responded to any questions via text or phone and was always happy to answer any questions. She efficiently obtained further information anytime it was needed.
