She took our geographic boundary preference and called to get more focused InfoMation, i.e. likes, dislikes; pet-friendly, close to medical resources, etc – all to build a profile allowing her to research and prepare a list of potential communities. She established agreed-upon appointments to review the candidates and attended each one personally.
