Anna McMaster did a wonderful job of helping me find the right memory care facility for my wife. Her knowledge of the memory care facilities available in South Austin is extensive, which helped me narrow my search to the memory care facilities with the capabilities I needed. Anna’s guidance gave me the confidence I needed to make the choice. My wife moved in three days ago. She is doing incredibly well and adapting better than I ever thought possible. I visited her for the first time today. She is happy.

Cassi was amazing at helping me navigate places to have my elderly father get into some type of assisted living/elder aging care providers.

She was extremely sincere and supportive on our five/six month journey . At times I got emotional and she was always there to talk to me. She would call just to check in and see how I’m doing as my father’s live in caretaker with major overwhelming anxiety and burnout.

First She referred me to a couple of Hospice Companies. One of which I chose and love. Suncrest Hospice

Second she gave us names of private in home care providers. One of which we loved and hired for the time my father was at home. Heavenly Care.

Cassi met me at different facilities to tour with me. She also met me at a respite care facility to assist in the going back home care process and helped navigate.

She helped us quickly find the perfect home for our parents. She took so much of the burden off. I highly recommend Care Patrol.

I worked with Anna McMaster recently to place my dad in Independent Living. She was very communicative and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend Anna and Care Patrol enough. They made the whole process very easy!

Care Patrol was very prompt in responding initially, and the consultant (Shelley) was very responsive throughout the entire process of finding my mom a place to live. She was kind, supportive, available and flexible. My mom changed her mind several times and Shelley worked hard to accommodate her wishes every time. I contacted Anna McMaster after a referral from a memory care representative in Southwest Austin. She was patient and listened to my concerns. Anna followed up with me in a timely manner and provided me a list of facility facilities in the area nearby me. She contacted these facilities prior to my interaction with them and provided me a contact person to speak with. She checked in with me during the entire process to place my mother and father into an assisted living facility. I am appreciative of her efforts and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

I liked working with CarePatrol over a Place For Mom. CarePatrol did not share my personal information (including my phone number) with numerous assisted living providers who called me at all hours of the day. I liked the overall approach CarePatrol toward customer assistance and the referrals to other service providers based on my needs.

I am so glad I contacted Anna for help in finding a place for my Father-in-law. We had about a week to find a place while he was in rehab. Anna took the time to ask about my FIL, his hobbies, likes, dislikes, desired location, budget, etc. She then narrowed down the places we should tour. Extremely professional. She took our geographic boundary preference and called to get more focused InfoMation, i.e. likes, dislikes; pet-friendly, close to medical resources, etc – all to build a profile allowing her to research and prepare a list of potential communities. She established agreed-upon appointments to review the candidates and attended each one personally.

Cassie is an extremely vital resource to the older generation, q beautiful gem to be sought by every person/couple/family needing to make a lifestyle change.

Anna is one of THE best people I’ve had the privilege of knowing. She has high EQ. She is extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of various communities, what to look for and how to overcome obstacles. She feels like a friend and confidant.
