There’s so much to navigate with elder care and living and it can be overwhelming. Care Patrol was attentive to our needs and helped us navigate through finding the right facilities. Plus, they are a wealth of resources to other specialists like for VA elder care benefits and more. All of these avenues were daunting as a non expert trying to do it by myself. Once I started working with Care Patrol things went much smoother and I felt like I had a team around me. Alicia was so kind to check in with me often, meet with me at facilities for tours, and was always there to answer questions or listen to my needs. I wish I had known about them sooner!

The tailored personal service was wonderful. Alicia spent the time to get to know my Uncle, understand his needs and found him an Adult Family Home that fit those needs. I had been trying to find a place for him for several weeks and wasn’t having much luck. Diane was very knowledgeable about Adult Family Homes and made arrangements for us to tour three Adult Family Homes in the Redmond area with her. It was nice having Diane with us when we toured the AFHs. She asked a lot of questions that I would not have thought to ask. I recently worked with Diane at CarePatrol to find my mother an Adult Family Home. It was important that my mother’s homeopathic philosophy was embraced coupled with her need to walk out doors regularly (her MAR shows 3/day!). Her service was superlative as she addressed her wellbeing and safety. My siblings all have found great Peace of Mind with her recommendation and logistics to move her – mom is doing great!

Very quick and effective in securing an appropriate care environment. Willingness to work in a somewhat unconventional manner to support the efficiency and turnaround time needed by truly being the party to find the placement, complete the interviews, and coordinate the transition. The only element missed (likely due to the swiftness and transition over a holiday where the home operators were away during the coordination process) is a gap in formality needed with the new placement. I do not presently have any information about the new residence in terms of copies of care agreements, instruction for billing, emergency contact instructions etc. I’m sure that I will be able to directly solve these pieces.
