The tailored personal service was wonderful. Alicia spent the time to get to know my Uncle, understand his needs and found him an Adult Family Home that fit those needs. I had been trying to find a place for him for several weeks and wasn’t having much luck. I tried another service before CarePatrol was recommended but they did not have first hand knowledge of many of the assisted living or AFH facilities. Within two weeks Alicia had us visiting the AFH and my Uncle moved in a couple of weeks later. I am very pleased with the experience I had with CarePatrol and appreciate Alicia’s help and kindness.
