We had a good experience. Lynda arranged for an appointment and tour of Oak Crest at the end of July. I also used CarePatrol to identify and get information for other CCRCs but did not visit any of them. My dad was diagnosed with a challenging disease in November of 2022. My family and I attempted to provide my dad with the proper support. However, we became to realize it was too much for our family and he needed to be in an environment that was skilled in supporting my dad’s needs. This was my first rodeo and finding a place the first time was daunting, CP helped narrow down facilities from which to choose, gave me the information I needed, and arranged the site visits. I can’t say enough good things about CarePatrol of Baltimore! They were available anytime I needed them to talk about our situation. Lots of great advice, patience and expertise working with seniors. With their help, I was able to move my 96 year old father from a horrible situation to wonderful experience for him. In our case, my mom and her SO are both legally “single”, but for their emotional well-being it was very important we keep them together.
