I had one week to find an assisted living facility for my aunt. Diana’s card was given to me by the social worker at my aunt’s short rehab facility. She quickly responded to my message and arranged tours for me, even accompanying me. With her help I was able to find the best home for my aunt and to move her within a week.
Furthermore, when I asked for help obtaining POA for my aunt, Diana arranged for my aunt and I to meet with CarePatrol’s attorney the following week. They spent time with us answering any questions I had for her and her son’s future care.
