With a deep commitment to improving the quality of care for seniors, Bianca has been working as a Transitional Care Manager in Sarasota since May 2023. In this role, she collaborates closely with healthcare personnel, families, and senior residents to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or other senior care settings, promoting optimal outcomes for aging adults. Her expertise in navigating complex healthcare systems, coupled with her passion for empowering seniors and their families, has allowed her to make a significant impact in the lives of those she serves in the community.

Before transitioning into care management, Bianca spent over six years as a Medical Assistant, where she gained clinical skills and developed a solid foundation in patient care. Her background in hands-on healthcare, combined with a compassionate, patient-centered approach, enables her to provide the highest level of service to seniors entrusted in her care.

Bianca notes she is driven by the goal of enhancing the well-being and independence of senior adults, while ensuring that her clients and their families receive the resources and support they need during challenging transitions.
