Monika considers herself having a heart for aiding seniors and their families as they face the complex challenge of finding the right senior living community. She listens carefully to all of her client’s needs, concerns and preferences before recommending appropriate levels of care such as: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care or In-Home Care.
Monika went through the same daunting experience recently when she helped find care for a friend’s loved one in Holmdel. This experience gave her the passion that she has today to help families.

About Monika:
She recently lost her mom, dad, and father-in-law. But in her mid-age, she has seen highs and lows of health and emotional issues of her elderly parents. The complexity of providing timely care to her in-laws and parents daily and during emergencies exposed her to current aging needs. Coming from a background of a joint family, many of her aunts and uncles are now elderly and socially connecting with them has given her a sense of deep empathy and desire to support elderly needs. She loves outdoor activities, traveling with her family, and enjoys connecting to and listening to stories from her uncle and helping them as time demands. Having a joint family background, she is blessed with many cousins, so socializing is what makes her happy and strengthens her bond with her family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys going to beaches and walking on trails.

Years In Area:
She has resided in Holmdel for the past 11 years and loves the natural beauty of this place in all seasons. The community here is diverse and rich in values, that makes this place safe to live. Holmdel also offers a very good school system that attracted her most for her kids' education..
