She listens carefully to all of her client’s needs, concerns and preferences before making personalized recommendations for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care or In-Home Care. As a Medical Social Worker, she has extensive experience in navigating community resources and services for older adults.

About Erica:
Erica is married with three children, she also provides support to her own aging family members. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, watching her children play their favorite sports and is an active volunteer in her children's schools and community organizations.
Why I Do This:
While working in hospitals, I saw many seniors with repeated admissions due to falls, medication errors and difficulty with completing medical follow ups. These individuals were given a list of communities and home care agencies. That is not enough. I became a Certified Senior Advisor so that I may help people find the proper support in their home or community, based on their unique needs and preferences.
Knowledge of the Area:
She fell in love with the Bay Area's prolific hiking trails right in her backyard. With beautiful beaches and the proximity to the mountains, she cannot imagine living anywhere else.

Prior to CarePatrol, Erica was a hospital social worker.
