What did you like about your experience with CarePatrol?
Soon after the contact, Holly following up. She asked about our preferences for placement as soon as possible. Unfortunately, our first choice didn't work, so she arranged another visit to another facility. We ended up going back to one of the first Memory Care facilities we visited. The move in went well with the cooperation of the staff. However, my husband has had a difficult time with the transition. It was a hard first week. To be expected, given his level of dementia. Holly has following up a couple of times since the move. It has been helpful to understand that this transition is not an easy time for either the individual or the spouse.
