Meet Chuck Bongiovanni, MSW,MBA,CSA

Chuck Bongiovanni, MSW,MBA is one of the founding fathers of the placement industry in the SouthWest. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University in 1992. He earned his Master of Administrative Social Work Degree from Arizona State University in 1994. Chuck has recently earned his Certified Senior Advisor certification.
He began his work in the infant placement industry in 1995. He has since personally placed thousands of seniors into assisted living in Arizona, Nevada and nationwide. He was the first person to introduce this Senior Informational Care model into Employee Assistance Programs and through direct corporate clients. CarePatrol's corporate program, currently services over 4 1/2 million employees throughout the nation.
He served as a Board Member for the Caregiver Resource Institute in Sun City, Arizona
for 4 years and currently serves on the Board for the Non-
Chuck has 4 years franchise experience in the assisted living franchising industry. He is also enrolled in the prestigious Certified Franchise Executive program.
Chuck is married, lives in Mesa, Arizona with his wife, Becky and their four teenage children.
